Sloffy Gallery ships coffee items, tea, lifestyle products, accessories, apparel, and other curated goods from our studio in Fort Lee, New Jersey. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Processing Times
- Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Pre-order or made-to-order items will ship based on the estimated timeline shown on the product page.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to all states within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Shipping for Coffee and Tea Products
- Coffee beans, tea products, and packaged goods are non-perishable, and ship safely with standard delivery.
- We do not ship refrigerated or frozen items.
- Products are sealed and packed to prevent damage during transit.
- For freshness, coffee is generally roasted or packed close to the shipping date.
5. Shipping for Lifestyle and Home Goods
- Fragile items such as ceramics, glassware, or trays will be packaged with protective materials.
- If any fragile item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
6. Shipping for Apparel and Accessories
- Clothing and soft goods are folded and packaged to avoid wrinkles or damage.
- Some items may be shipped in separate parcels depending on availability or warehouse logistics.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Delivery delays caused by carriers
If the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@sloffy-gallery.com.
We can attempt to update the address before the package is shipped.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- We will assist with a replacement or store credit depending on availability
We reserve the right to deny claims reported after 48 hours.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Future updates will be announced when international delivery becomes available.

Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.
